PBH conrete pumping supplied the pump, Abolcorn for the conrete mesh. Dean Benstead and your team of concreters. We understand others may have called out and assisted. OCT 2017 Massive thank you to Rick Barton and Graham McAullife who with some help from Frank Oeser bricked up the garage on Nicks Journey House. TRUSSES, FRAMES & ROOFING Dec 2017 Thanks to our hard working builder Barto, also Matt Webb, Matt Rhook and Josh Remington who helped today and Roo put in plenty of nails as well,Deano and Wally turned up late however still made a great contribution. and Undsie! Got a headache after having a nail gun dropped on my head, but the sun burn hurts more. Bloody hell Albury Wodonga people are generous.
BRICKS N BRICKIES
03 Feb 2018: So after 6 days of being a Brickie’s labourer I now have a new appreciation how hard they work, walking 55 kms while they stand there laying bricks. the Bricks kindly donated by Ground Up Building Products. A Massive thanks to them. Also thanks to Dean, Jimmy, Peter, Scotty, Roo, Jake, Ben & our first female Brickie’s labour Katie who mixed mud and carried bricks. Jason who owns Barneys Rubble kindly donated all the lime and cement to complete the house, so thanks Jason.
FEB 2018 Pergola now concreted with garage to be poured on Wednesday, thanks to Mick Zenarto who finished the job and my old Mate Bob Sargeant who came out of retirement to help. Thanks also to Karen Scannell who provided enough smoko for week, thanks Kas. Heating and cooling arrived today and will be installed next Saturday. Electricians and plumbing will also be finished next week and chippies will complete lock up and get ready for plaster. Garage floor being completed. Once again thanks Hanson for supplying the concrete. Great work by Mick & Bob and Peter for supervising. Good mate Simmo helping with the heating & cooling at the Nicks Journey House. Also Nick dropped in with a coffee to advise Callum on how to do the hot & cold. Thanks to Trudy and Leanne for supplying smoko. Also thanks to those who helped install it. big thanks to Stuart Gordon Landscaping for installing the retaining wall at the rear of the Nicks Journey House. This will allow us to flatten the rear yard to allow for a big shed.
